Inauguration of "Educational All-Round Complete Development" Project

The Social Ministry sector of Laura Vicuna Niwas (Auxilium School) Savedi – Ahmednagar inaugurated the new "Educational All-Round Complete Development" project, a venture supported by Crompton Greaves, Ahmednagar. The inauguration was held across four locations on July 3, 5, and 11, 2017: Zilla Parishad Primary School - Nagapur, Zilla Parishad Primary School - Vadgaon Gupta, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Vidyalaya – Savedi, and New English School – Shendi.

Prominent guests included Mrs. Vijaya Kedari (CSR Project Coordinator, Crompton Greaves Ltd.); Kendra Pramukh Mrs. Mahamuni; Headmistresses/Headmasters Mrs. Chayya Kakade, Mr. Nimbhore, Mrs. Thube, and Mrs. Gaikwad; Educational Officer Mr. Juber Pathan; Mr. Babasaheb Wakle (Nagarsevak, Savedi); and Mr. Shewale, Mr. Darandale, Mr. Khedkar, Mrs. Sathe, and Mr. Abaa Satpute (Sarpanch of Vadgaon Gupta).

Mrs. Vijaya Kedari provided an overview of Crompton Greaves' social activities. Sr. Collette Gonsalves encouraged the students to take full advantage of the opportunity. Local self-governing bodies praised the joint efforts of the Sisters, Crompton Greaves, and Sahayini Social Development Society, guaranteeing full support from the school management. Each student received an educational kit containing notebooks, pens, pencils, and erasers.
