Annual Social Ministry Co-ordinators Meet

The two-day Annual Social Ministry Co-ordinators Meet held at Mazzarello Youth Centre – Wadala was an enriching experience for the 11 participants.

Day 1 (July 21, 2017): Sr. Anita Tairipascu led the opening prayer, followed by a welcome from Sr. Hilda Braganza. Mr. Avalon Gudinho of Tech Mahindra – Sahayini, the resource person, conducted a session on "School on Cloud" for efficient document management. The next session was the annual presentation of work by the various centers. Sr. Moksha Anthonappa, the newly appointed SDC of the Mumbai province, explained the draft of the FMA India Social Ministry policy and introduced the new NDF project.

Day 2 (July 22, 2017): Sr. Rosaline Pereira, VTC Co-ordinator, facilitated a session on "Conflict Management through attentive listening capacity." Ms. Cheryl presented the benefits of "Khadigram" for the SHG women. Sr. Agatha Dias, the Vice-Provincial, spoke on the importance of Accountability and Transparency in social ministry. The event concluded with a vote of gratitude.
