VTC Coordinators Seminar

The VTC Coordinators Seminar was held at Auxillium Convent, Pali Hill, Bandra, from July 31 to August 2, 2017, attended by 13 Sisters, 3 youth, and 1 staff member.

July 31st: Participants were introduced to a new technology, "School on Cloud," covering the use of Google Drive for easy file sharing and document creation and Dropbox for cloud backup and file sharing. This session was conducted by Mr. Avlon Gudino, Web Designing Trainer at Wadala. This was followed by presentations from the various centers. At 5:00 PM, Fr. A.M. Joseph Aikrchalil, DB Tech Executive Director, New Delhi, spoke on “Strategizing Best Approach for Skill Development.”

August 1st & 2nd: Sessions were led by the Quest Alliance team: Mr. Kotresh HB, Ms. Sushmitha Sridhara, and Mr. Melvin Deepak from Bangalore. They provided detailed input on My Career Connect and Basic English. These sessions equipped the participants to better understand students and effectively impart knowledge using the provided toolkit (books and tablets). Special thanks were extended to Sr. Rosaline Pereira for organizing the entire program.
