On June 28–29, 2018, Sr. Rosaline Pereira attended the two-day Quest2learn Annual Summit at the National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS) in Bangalore. The summit focused on future opportunities, digital fluency, learnability, and the 21st-century educator, under the theme “Future of Work & Learning.” The event featured several key sessions: Mr. Aakash Sethi (Executive Director, Quest Alliance) spoke on "Today’s Classrooms, Tomorrow’s Workplace," exploring the professional journey of young learners. Punya Mishra (Associate Dean & Professor, Mary Lou Fulton Teachers’ College, Arizona State University) expounded on "Future of Learning," discussing the reshaping of learning experiences. Kiran Bir Sethi (Founder, Riverside School and Design for Change) led a discussion on "Building Students with An ‘I Can’ Mindset," emphasizing the power of aware, enabled, and empowered youth to transform communities through technology and innovation. An afternoon panel discussion covered topics including Career Development Models, Building Government Partnerships, Building Learning Environment, and School Dropout Prevention. Sr. Rosaline Pereira served as a panellist, sharing the implementation of the Career Development Models at Sahayini Social Development Centre.
