Seminar: Interview Preparation and Professional Presentation

On January 6, 2018, Ms. Renita Coutinho (Manager - HR & Admin, Organica Biotech) visited the Sahayini Centre and conducted a session for ITES Students on preparing for an interview. She advised them to be presentable, research the company before the interview, be confident, speak the truth, ask questions if unsure, and manage stress and anger. The students shared their job interview experiences and reasons for rejection. A mock interview was conducted, during which Ms. Coutinho pointed out their areas of improvement. The students gained valuable and diverse input from the session.
