VTC Coordinatorsâ Meeting at PALI HILL, BANDRA

The Province-level VTC Coordinatorsâ Meeting took place at PALI HILL, BANDRA, from July 1â3, 2018, gathering ten VTC coordinators from ten VTC Houses. Day 1 began with a prayer animated by Sr. Gloria Langi. Sr. Leema Joseph (Superior, Auxilium Convent, Pali Hill) offered a welcome. Sr. Teresa Joseph led a session on âCalled to Holinessâ and the seven skills for a successful management career. In the afternoon, Mrs. Renita Coutinho (HR Professional) conducted a âLeadershipâ session focused on self-awareness, self-reflection, and self-regulation, detailing the five levels of leadership (Position, Permission, Production, People Development, Personhood) and offering tips on employee recognition. Day 2 commenced with a prayer animated by Sr. Teresa John on the search for God. Sr. Urvashi Macwan read the previous day's minutes. Each VTC House then presented an overview of its centre and projects. After the break, Mrs. Tenu Daniel from Sahayini, Wadala, led a session on âOnline Documentation & Wish Tree,â explaining its purpose for organizational sustainability. Mr. Adrian and Ms. Kinjal followed with a session on HR Policies, covering the four pillars and essential legal points. Sr. Rosaline Pereira concluded the day with a session on Team Building, using a presentation and group exercise. Day 3âs prayer moment, coinciding with the Feast of St. Thomas, was animated by Sr. Lavita Vaz. Sr. Gloria Langi reported the minutes. Sr. Sunanda Thombe presented a photographic glimpse of the previous two days before conducting a session on Placement Strategies. Coordinators collaborated on a tentative plan for a VTC Youth Day led by Sr. Rosaline Pereira. Following the tea break, Mr. Bernard DâSouza from Sahayini led a session on the 3 Câs: Communication, Coordination, and Confidence, including assignments and group activities. Sisters Serah and Mangala professionally presented the Wish Tree on behalf of the group. Sr. Rosaline and Sr. Magdeline moderated the final session.
