📅 July 07, 2018 • 📍 DAHANU

On July 7, 2018, the Auxilium Youth Animation Centre, DAHANU, organized a half-day Motivation Seminar. Fifty-seven enthusiastic young people participating in the General Duty Assistance Course attended. Sr. Teresa Joseph, the resource person, used an interdisciplinary and participatory methodology to guide students in reflecting on their reasons for enrolling and their life aspirations. Activities like group work and assembly sharing allowed participants to showcase their talents. The discussion focused on self-confidence, how to strengthen it, and how to view challenges as opportunities, leading into the topic of motivation. Short, inspiring video clips and speeches helped students to learn about internal and external motivation. The key takeaways were that discipline and resilience are essential for staying motivated and achieving one's goals. The participants demonstrated a great eagerness to learn throughout the seminar. Sr. Mangala Kolge and her team ensured the program's smooth execution. The seminar happily concluded with a welcome for Sr. Veronica upon her return from holidays in Canada. Students and Sr. Mangala thanked Sr. Teresa for her dedication, and Sr. Teresa offered a final thought, assuring the students of God's guidance.
