To promote fitness and teamwork among children, a series of engaging and purposeful activities were conducted. Group yoga sessions were organized regularly to enhance flexibility, concentration, and mindfulness. Team sports such as kabaddi encouraged cooperation, strategic thinking, and unity among participants. Fun fitness challenges like relay races, obstacle courses, and tug of war were held to build endurance and promote collaborative effort. Dance and aerobics sessions added an element of fun to physical fitness while ensuring inclusivity for all. In addition, trust-building games such as the blindfold walk and the human knot helped strengthen communication and trust among peers. Through these varied activities, children experienced the joy of movement while developing essential life skills like teamwork, discipline, and mutual respect.
