CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING FOR TEACHERS

Capacity enhancement programs were conducted for teachers across various centers to strengthen their teaching skills and support student development. Training sessions focused on improving classroom practices and introducing key subjects such as Mental Arithmetic, English, and Science to enrich the curriculum. Regular monthly meetings with teacher coordinators ensured continuous learning, monitoring, and improvement. Additionally, sessions on the Child Protection Policy (CPP) were organized for both teachers and parents, leading to the establishment and training of Child Protection Committees (CPCs) to ensure a safe and supportive environment for children.
