Through awareness topics such as body-shaming, teasing, entering into exclusive friendships, adult-like love relationships which are untimely. Since
children and young adults have insufficient emotional, psycho-social preparedness in these areas of life, the trauma, loss of self-control, physical harm, bad name and distress caused in the family are issues which the children fail to see.
The rights of children and how its awareness and knowledge can help children to advocate for themselves, understand, recognize situations where their rights might be violated, and know what to do about it. Knowing their rights allows children to participate more actively in decisions that affect their lives, such as education, healthcare, and community issues. It can boost a child's self-esteem and confidence, allowing them to stand up for themselves and their needs thus gaining self-respect and confidence.

However necessary the rules and boundaries are, youngsters often push and fight against them, and will test limits. Under proper guidance, this is normal and necessary for healthy development. It is important for youngsters to learn how to set limits for themselves and develop self-discipline.
