World Day of the Poor — November 2024

On the occasion of the World Day of the Poor, Sahayini took a compassionate initiative to support underprivileged children in their pursuit of education. Recognizing that many families struggle to meet the costs of schooling, Sahayini extended a helping hand by paying the school fees of children from three institutions.
• 2 students from (St Rocks college and Nirmala Niketan Institute in Talasari)
• Auxilium School, Nandgad
• Auxilium School, Pansora
• Auxilium School, Kasarkod

A total amount of ₹ 1,27,400/- was contributed towards the education of poor and needy children. This support ensured that children from marginalized families could continue their studies without interruption, protecting them from the risk of school dropouts due to financial hardships.
This initiative reflects Sahayini's mission of promoting education as a tool of empowerment and standing in solidarity with the poor and vulnerable. Through such efforts, Sahayini continues to embody the spirit of the World Day of the Poor, turning concern into concrete action and ensuring that no child is deprived of the opportunity to learn and build a brighter future
