Child Rights and Eco-Campaign

📅 December 31, 2024 • 📍 Centres

In line with our Action Plan, we launched the Child Rights and Eco-Campaign in 2024 across all our centers. The campaign was designed to create widespread awareness among children, teachers, and the community about the importance of child rights, protection, and eco-sustainability.

Through interactive sessions, street plays, rallies, and workshops, our team reached out to schools and local communities, encouraging children and teachers to actively engage in discussions on issues that directly impact their lives and environment. The campaign aimed at empowering children to understand their rights, fostering a sense of responsibility towards the environment, and promoting practices of sustainable living.
The initiative was successfully carried out in the following 10 centers:
1. Ahmednagar
2. Bableshwar
3. Dakor
4. Pansora
5. Dahanu
6. Sindoni
7. Kune
8. Uttan
9. Sahayini — Wadala
10. Nandgad
Impact of the Campaign (2024):
• Government Schools Reached: 49
• Children Participated: 8,013
• Teachers Participated: 405

This collective effort not only built awareness but also helped in creating a child-friendly and eco-conscious culture within the schools and surrounding communities. The involvement of both students and teachers ensured that the learnings from the campaign will continue to inspire action at multiple levels.
