Summer Club

The Summer Program at Sahayini, Wadala was held from 20-30 April 2024. Our field staff Mrs. Rashmi Matal, teachers and 10 volunteers conducted the entire program. 70 children participated in a vibrant mix of creative, recreational, and team-building activities. Each day began with prayer and yoga, setting a positive tone. Children engaged in arts and crafts, rangoli, drawing, and greeting card making, while fun competitions like races, ring with music, and group games promoted coordination, teamwork, and healthy competition.
The 10 days program concluded with performances of dances, songs, skits, and an art exhibition, along with prizes for competitions and good conduct. Mr. George Varghese generously sponsored snacks, and volunteers supported all activities throughout.
The Summer Program encouraged creativity, confidence, and social skills, while promoting’ collaboration and active participation. Children experienced joy, learning, and recognition, making the program a memorable and enriching experience, aligning with Sahayini's mission to foster holistic development in children
