Mentoring Visits by the coordinator of the Development office

The SDC (Social Development Coordinator) visited Bableshwar and Ahmednagar centers. The mentoring visit helped to chalk down the needs of the places and measure the growth in the empowerment activities of the women and children. The centers are doing well and tapping lot of Government resources. Bableshwar has linked with Agriculture & Processed food products export Development Authority (APEDA) Through these schemes 5 individuals received the subsidies to start the IGP (Income Generation Programs). They have put up the sheds to earn their Livelihood.
Ahmednagar and Bableshwar center have formed one farmer group each. The groups are registered under “Atma” govt schemes they benefit from it. The clusters are formed and registered under Government schemes too.
The SDC visited Khedpa –Sindoni. We planned with sisters and Social worker the upcoming activities of Farmers Project. SDC
visited the fields of the farmers who planted the Kesar Mango trees and Kaju plants. We had meeting with Self Help Group women and they were guided how to go ahead with the SHG activities. SDC conducted one awareness session for 35 youth on various livelihood options and skills.
