Training for social workers and SHG leaders of Baroda, Dakor and Pansora – formation of federation groups. The training was conducted in Pansora. 32 participated in the training. The resource persons of the day were Mr. Nirmala Solanki, Mr. Dilip Shrimali (TLM- Taluka Livelihood Manager: Thasara Taluka and Prakash Khristi TLM from Umreth Taluka. They explained the formation of Federation and its benefits. They also explained the procedure of the federation -Village level federation, Cluster level Federation and District level Federation. The Participants gained lot of knowledge and they are convinced to federate their groups.
