Parents Day

The Parents were called for a Parents Day celebration. 50 parents responded to this invitation. The children were well prepared by the teachers with dances, speeches and a skit. The theme of the day was Environment. Sr. Manisha Parmar the Director of Sahayini spoke to them about their responsibility as parents and about the good care we take here of their children and give them integral education.
Sr. Joanna Lobo and Mrs. Rashmi Matal (Sahayini field worker) spoke to them on Effective parenting, later we gave all of them snacks. A parent then spoke on behalf of all thanking the sisters and teachers for all the good they do with great sacrifice. The parents were delighted to see all the children on stage.
