Poultry Farming
A six-day poultry farming training by the District Employment Department in Ahmednagar and Bableshwar trained 20 women in poultry care, disease prevention, feed management, and business planning. Each participant received 25 chicks, 85 kg fodder, a certificate, and a ₹2,000 stipend, encouraging self- employment.

Human Dignity Program
A Human Dignity Day was held to promote equality, self-worth, and respect. Through talks, group activities, and cultural events, women were inspired to uphold dignity and challenge discrimination and violence, with a focus on gender equality and women’s rights.
