Children's Day Celebration

On 16th November 2025, Sahayini welcomed more than 300 children to celebrate Children’s Day. The entire event was thoughtfully planned to offer the children meaningful life lessons along with entertainment, games, and gifts.
The dignitaries for the day were: Chief Guest – Adv. Prosper Dsouza, Arbitrator and Mediator on the panel of the Bombay High Court, and Guest of Honour – Mrs. Madhuri Manjrekar, Mahila Upvibhag Sangatak, Vadala Vidhansabha.
Both guests addressed the children, emphasizing their value in society and inspiring them to learn, grow, and become responsible citizens of our country.
Along with games and dance performances, the children were especially captivated by the powerful and high-energy act presented by the Rangmanch team, a leading street-theatre group dedicated to spreading awareness and inspiring social change. Their performance highlighted important issues such as road safety, health, gender sensitivity, disaster preparedness, environmental responsibility, and civic participation. Through a creative blend of art and purpose, they brought meaningful stories to life, offering valuable lessons through each one.
The entire day was filled with fun, laughter, and joyful moments. The children thoroughly enjoyed every part of the celebration.
