Child protection awareness program at Maria Bhavan, Bableshwar

On October 9, 2016, approximately 25 children gathered at Maria Bhavan - Bableshwar for a Child Protection Awareness program. The session began by asking the children to express their understanding of safety, which they illustrated on charts in four groups. They subsequently presented and explained their charts, identifying protective figures in their lives. Sr. Joanna Lobo used video clips to better inform them on how to help themselves and seek assistance when necessary. The children demonstrated awareness of many concepts and actively participated in the session. The program concluded with games, snacks, and prize distribution.
