Christmas Celebration with SHG Women in Velim

A memorable Christmas program was organized on December 19 at Kombiabhat village, in collaboration with four Self-Help Group (SHG) women’s groups. The groups were delighted to celebrate together and came prepared with cultural items and sweets. The 80 women and their children enjoyed games with spot prizes, carols, dancing, and a Christmas skit. Sr. Natal Rodrigues, Animator of Auxilium - Velim, delivered a Christmas message emphasizing that Christmas is the ideal time to celebrate the love of God and family, to create lasting memories, and to share the gift of Jesus with others throughout the year. Each woman was given a Christmas gift and sweets.
